(the "Company") (OTCQX: GBFH), the parent company of GBank (the "Bank") today reported net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 of $3.5 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, compared to $3.3 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, for the same period of 2022. Net income was $10.9 million, or $0.84 per diluted share, for each of the twelve months ended December 31, 2023 and 2022.
