Fairfax Completes US$900,000,000 Senior Notes Offering

TORONTO, May 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (“Fairfax”) (TSX: FFH and FFH.U) has completed its previously announced private offering of US$500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2035 and US$400,000,000 in aggregate principal amount 6.500% senior notes due 2055 (collectively, the “Notes”).
