MARKHAM, Ontario, Nov. 28, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Extendicare Inc. (“Extendicare” or the “Company”) (TSX: EXE.TO) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Revera Inc. (“Revera”) and certain of its affiliates to acquire nine Class C long-term care (“LTC”) homes (the “Acquired Homes”) located in Ontario and Manitoba and one parcel of vacant land located in Ontario (the “Transaction”).
