EasTower Wireless Announces That It Anticipates a Temporary Delay in the filing of Financial Statements, Anticipated FFCTO and Transfer of Listing From the TSXV to the NEX

BOCA RATON, Fla., April 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EasTower Wireless Inc. (“EasTower” or the “Company”) (TSXV:ESTW), announces that it anticipates that it will miss the deadline of May 1, 2023 to file the Company’s ‎audited annual financial statements and management discussion & analysis for the ‎financial year ended December 31, 2022, and the CEO and CFO certificates, all as ‎required by National Instrument 51-102 - ‎Continuous Disclosure Obligations ‎and National Instrument 52-109 - Certification of Disclosure in Issuers’ ‎Annual and Interim Filings (collectively, ‎the “Documents”).‎ The anticipated delay is due to the ‎Company’s current financial position.‎ The Documents are required to be filed by ‎May 1, 2023 (the "Filing ‎Deadline").
