(NYSE: DSX), (the “Company”), a global shipping company specializing in the ownership and bareboat charter-in of dry bulk vessels, today reported net income of $7.2 million and net income attributable to common stockholders of $5.7 million for the third quarter of 2025. This compares to a net income of $3.7 million and a net income attributable to common stockholders of $2.3 million for the third quarter of 2024. Earnings per share for the third quarter of 2025 were $0.05 basic and diluted, compared to $0.02 basic and $0.00 diluted in the same quarter of 2024.
