(“Prologis”). The special meeting will be conducted via a virtual live webcast on September 28, 2022, commencing at 12 p.m. Eastern Time. Stockholders of record of Duke Realty as of the close of business on August 8, 2022, the record date for the special meeting, will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the special meeting.
