(the "Corporation" or "Doré Copper") (TSXV:DCMC; OTCQX:DRCMF; FRA:DCM) is pleased to announce that it is commencing a rights offering (the "Rights Offering") to the holders of common shares in the capital of the Corporation ("Common Shares") to raise aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $3,960,000.
