CRA International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRAI), a worldwide leader in providing economic, financial, and management consulting services, today announced that a Request for Proposal (RFP) process will be conducted for FirstEnergy Corp.’s (NYSE: FE) Ohio subsidiaries – Ohio Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and The Toledo Edison Company (collectively, the “Companies”) – to procure Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), which may include both solar and non-solar Renewable Energy Credits. The REC RFP process will lead up to the bid proposal submission date scheduled for November 4, 2025.

The RFP will be managed by the RFP Manager, CRA International, Inc. The RFP is being conducted pursuant to approval from the PUCO.
The RFP Overview Webinar for prospective bidders for the November RFP is scheduled for Thursday, October 2, 2025. Instructions on how to join the webinar session are available on the Information Website at firstenergy-recrfp.com. Credit Application, Qualifying Application, and Pricing Proposal are due from prospective bidders no later than November 4, 2025.
