(NYSE: CNH) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital LLC, has priced $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.500% notes due 2030, with an issue price of 99.765%. The offering is expected to close on September 29, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
