(NYSE: CNH) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital LLC, has priced $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.750% notes due 2028, with an issue price of 99.658%. The offering is expected to close on March 21, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
