(TSXV: CMC; OTC PINK: CWSFF) (“Cielo” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the second and final tranche (the “Final Tranche”) of its non-brokered private placement offering (the “Offering”) of up to 60,000,000 units (each a “Unit, collectively the “Units”) at a price of $0.05 per Unit.
