(NASDAQ: CLRB), a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of drugs for the treatment of cancer, today announced the entry into definitive agreements to raise $2.5 million from the sale of shares of the company’s common stock priced at-market for Nasdaq purposes. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 6, 2025, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
