The Company reported a net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2025 of approximately $12.6 million, or $0.50 per diluted common share. Funds from operations ("FFO") and adjusted funds from operations ("AFFO") for the three months ended June 30, 2025 totaled $0.23 and $0.50, respectively, per diluted common share.
