FRANKLIN, Tenn., July 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (NYSE: CHCT) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its common stock cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This dividend, in the amount of $0.4725 per share, is payable on August 22, 2025 to shareholders of record on August 8, 2025. This dividend rate equates to an annualized dividend of $1.89 per share.
