CF BANKSHARES INC., PARENT OF CFBANK, NA, ANNOUNCES 17% INCREASE IN ITS QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 1, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- CF Bankshares Inc. (NASDAQ: CFBK) (the "Company"), the parent of CFBank, NA, today announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a $0.07 per share quarterly cash dividend on its common stock and a corresponding $7.00 per share quarterly cash dividend on its Series D preferred stock.   This represents a 17% increase over its previous quarterly dividend.  The dividend is payable on October 19, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 11, 2024.
