(Nasdaq: CELU) (“Celularity” or the “Company”), a cellular and regenerative medicine company, today announced that on May 28, 2025, Nasdaq notified the Company that it did not timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2025. Based on this latest notice, the Company is not in compliance with Listing Rule 5250 (c)(1), which requires the Company to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
