(NYSE: BKD) ("Brookdale" or the "Company") today announced that, based on the preliminary vote count of its proxy solicitor following the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"), all eight of Brookdale's director nominees were elected to the Brookdale Board of Directors, with each receiving support from a majority of the shares outstanding.
