(NASDAQ: AMTB) (the “Company” or “Amerant”) today reported net income attributable to the Company of $20.9 million in the third quarter of 2022, or $0.62 per diluted share, an increase compared to net income attributable to the Company of $7.7 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2022, and an increase compared to the net income attributable to the Company of $17.0 million, or $0.45 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2021.
