SINGAPORE, April 12, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire – Aura FAT Projects Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of $100,000,000, consisting of 10,000,000 units priced at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “AFARU” beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one redeemable warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “AFAR” and “AFARW”, respectively.
