Adventus Announces C$30 Million Bought Deal Public Offering

TORONTO, Jan. 19, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Adventus Mining Corporation (“Adventus” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: ADZN) has today entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Raymond James Ltd. and National Bank Financial Inc. acting as joint bookrunners (the "Underwriters") pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a "bought deal" basis, 30,930,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of C$0.97 per Unit (the "Offering Price"), representing total gross proceeds of C$30,002,100 (the "Offering").
