(“DIAGNOS” or the “Company”) (TSXV: ADK and OTCQB: DGNOF) is pleased to announce that it has upsized its brokered private placement as previously announced in its press release dated November 10, 2025, due to strong investor demand. Under the amended terms, the Company will issue up to 12,166,667 units (“Units”) of the Company at $0.30 per Unit (the “Issue Price”) for aggregate gross proceeds of up to approximately $3,650,000 (the “Offering”).
