("MHP", OTC-PK "STAK") has acquired four manufactured housing communities totaling 220 pads: two in the Charlotte-Concord-Gastonia metro area, one in the Durham-Chapel Hill metro area, and one in the Spartanburg, SC, metro area.
All four parks are located in the I-85 corridor of North and South Carolina, an area that is experiencing growth in its population and economy.
MHP is actively seeking to expand its portfolio and now owns six manufactured housing communities in the Southeast.
