Leucadia Has Repurchased 20 Million Shares of Common Stock Since April 10, 2018

Leucadia National Corporation (NYSE: LUK), in anticipation of discussing these matters at tomorrow’s annual meeting, announced today that it has repurchased to date a total of 20 million common shares of its common stock at an average price of $24.39 per share or approximately $488 million in repurchases.
