(NASDAQ: LBAI) (the “Company”), the parent company of Lakeland Bank (“Lakeland”), reported net income of $28.7 million and earnings per diluted share ("EPS") of $0.44 for the three months ended September 30, 2022 compared to net income of $22.3 million and diluted EPS of $0.43 for the three months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter of 2022, annualized return on average assets was 1.10%, annualized return on average common equity was 10.33% and annualized return on average tangible common equity was 13.87%.
