NEW YORK, May 30, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- LatAmGrowth SPAC (Nasdaq: LATG) (the "Company") announced today that on May 24, 2023, it received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") stating that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of it not having timely filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 (the "2023 Q1 10-Q") with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
