LANCASTER, Pa., April 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) ("Fulton" or the "Corporation") reported net income available to common shareholders of $90.4 million, or $0.49 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2025, an increase of $24.4 million, or $0.13 per share, in comparison to the fourth quarter of 2024. Operating net income available to common shareholders for the three months ended March 31, 2025 was $95.5 million, or $0.52 per diluted share⁽¹⁾, an increase of $6.5 million, or $0.04 per share, in comparison to the fourth quarter of 2024.
