LANCASTER, Pa., July 16, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) ("Fulton" or the "Corporation") reported net income available to common shareholders of $92.4 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2024, an increase of $33.0 million, or $0.16 per share, in comparison to the first quarter of 2024. Operating net income available to common shareholders for the three months ended June 30, 2024 was $82.5 million, or $0.47 per diluted share⁽¹⁾, an increase of $17.1 million, or $0.07 per share in comparison to the first quarter of 2024.
