(Nasdaq: ECX) (“ECARX” or the “Company”), a global mobility tech provider, today announced the completion of the underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of 25,000,000 Class A ordinary shares of the Company (the “Ordinary Shares”), at a public offering price of US$1.80 per share.
