(the “Bank” or “CCFBank”), today reported earnings of $3.7 million and earnings per diluted share of $0.35 for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, compared to $4.1 million and earnings per diluted share of $0.39 for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, and $3.2 million and $0.31 earnings per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, respectively.
