(NASDAQ: CSCI; TSX: CSCI) today announced that it has entered into a resolution agreement (the “Resolution Agreement”) with Goodwood Inc., Goodwood Fund and Puccetti Funds Management Inc. (collectively, “Goodwood”) to resolve matters relating to the upcoming annual and special meeting of COSCIENS’ shareholders that had been scheduled to be held on June 26, 2025 (the “2025 Annual Meeting”).
