New York, Nov. 01, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Blue World Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BWAQ) today announced that, in order to extend the date by which the Company mush complete its initial business combination from November 2, 2023 to December 2, 2023, an aggregate of $60,000 (the “Extension Fee”) has been deposited into the Company’s trust account (the “Trust Account”). The Company issued an unsecured promissory note to Blue World Holdings Limited, the sponsor of the Company, for the deposit of the Extension Fee.
