AAR reports third quarter fiscal year 2023 results

WOOD DALE, Ill., March 21, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, today reported third quarter fiscal year 2023 consolidated sales of $521.1 million and income from continuing operations of $21.8 million, or $0.62 per diluted share. For the third quarter of the prior year, the Company reported sales of $452.2 million and income from continuing operations of $22.6 million, or $0.63 per diluted share. Our adjusted diluted earnings per share from continuing operations in the third quarter of fiscal year 2023 were $0.75, compared to $0.63 in the third quarter of the prior year.
