The property is easily accessible as it straddles the Trans-Canada highway for 16 kilometers. The Property covers 315.7 square kilometers, comprising 1,248 unpatented claims (1,591 cell units), 25 patents and one mining lease owned or under option. The Delta-1 property includes Eureka Property, Gravel Ridge Property, Bylund, Beaucage, Ojala, Ternowesky, Maxwell, and others. The Ternowesky Property consists of 443 claim units spanning over seven townships and covering over 93 square kilometers, in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Its Delta-2 project is in Quebec, in the Chibougamau Mining district of Quebec. The Delta-2 Property is located roughly 35 kilometers southeast of the town of Chibougamau, covers over 19,288.50 hectares and is easily accessible via paved highway 167.
