The company went IPO on 2001-07-12. The company operates through two businesses: Marine technology business and Marine engineering business. Its marine technology business provides technology solutions for the subsea and underwater market. Its marine engineering business supplies embedded solutions and sub-assemblies which it designs and manufactures and sells as an integrated defense system. The company supplies a range of hardware and software solutions to this market which includes key proprietary real time 4D/5D/6D imaging sonars, marketed under the name Echoscope and Echoscope PIPE, addressing the underwater imaging sensor market, along with Diver Augmented Vision Display (DAVD) system technology. The Company’s Echoscope PIPE sonar generates real-time 3D/4D/5D images of moving objects underwater including in zero visibility water conditions. Its Echoscope technology is used in both the commercial offshore market and the defense underwater market applications.
