The company also has an interest in the Golden Eagle project located just south of the Yukon-British Columbia border, 70 kilometers west-northwest of Atlin, British Columbia, which covers an area of approximately 8,178-hectares. The company also has an option agreement for exploration and development of the Easter Gold Project located in east-central Nevada in Lincoln County, nine air miles southwest of Caliente, Nevada. The project area consists of 70 mineral claims covering 1,446 acres. In addition, the Company has a 1% NSR on certain claims in the Blackwater Mine operated by Artemis Gold Inc.
