The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The firm's principal asset is the Hornby Uranium Project, covering the entire 3,407 square kilometers (km2) Hornby Basin in north-western Nunavut, a geologically promising area with over 40 underexplored uranium showings, including the historic Mountain Lake Deposit. The Project is 95 km southwest (SW) of the port town of Kugluktuk, 145 km north-northeast (NNE) of Port Radium, and 555 km north-northwest (NNW) of Yellowknife. The Mountain Lake Deposit consists of five claims totaling 5,511 hectares (ha). Additionally, the Company holds the Covette Property, comprising 65 mineral claims over 3,370 ha, located in Quebec's James Bay region, and 190 km east of Radisson, Quebec.
