Notes / FAQ
- A subscription is a monthly or yearly recurring payment. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Except when mentioned explicitely (trial subscriptions), you are guaranteed the same monthly or yearly price on recurring payments as long as you keep your subscription.
- A subscription gives you unlimited access. There will never be any additional costs.
- Nothing changes to the market data. All data is 15 minutes delayed, also with a subscription.
- To cancel a PayPal subscription, log in to your PayPal account, click the last payment to ChartMill and stop the recurring payments to ChartMill. A credit card subscription can be canceled directly from your account page. No more recurring payments will be made and your subscription will stay active till the end of the currently running period.
- A subscription is an up front payment for a monthly or yearly period. Canceling a subscription means you stop the recurring payments and will not start a new period after the current period ends. Canceling never leads to a pro-rated refund, your account will remain to have full access until the period ends.
- Subscriptions are handled through a thrird party payment provider (PayPal or Stripe), so all payment information is secure. We are not storing any credit card or related information on our systems.
