A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors (the “Class”) who purchased or acquired the securities of UnitedHealth between December 3, 2024 and April 16, 2025, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
