The Concept Restaurants include Jack Astor’s Bar, a casual dining restaurant; and Grill and Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar. SIR also operates Signature brands, including The Loose Moose, which offers craft beer and pub-style food; Reds Square One and Edna + VitaTM. SIR also owns two Duke's Refresher + Bar locations. The company offers private dining rooms, non-private sections, social and semi-private spaces, and semi-private spaces for organizing events. The Abbey’s Bakehouse offers a variety of baked goods and frozen treats. Its Reds' restaurant provides handcrafted food and mixed cocktails.
