Evergold Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. The company is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company went IPO on 2019-10-04. The Company’s projects include DEM property, Golden Lion, Rockland, Snoball, and Holy Cross. The DEM Property is over 10,451 hectares (ha) consisting of copper-gold-silver porphyry prospect in British Columbia. The Golden Lion Property is over 5,099 ha is located at the north end of the historical Toodoggone mining camp of north-central British Columbia, 308 kilometers (km) north of Smithers, immediately adjacent to Thesis Gold’s Ranch exploration prospect, and 24 km north of Benchmark’s Lawyers (former Cheni Mine) project. The Snoball Property is over 3,545 ha is located in northwestern British Columbia, 140 km north-northwest of the village of Stewart, 25 km northwest of the Bob Quinn Lake gravel airstrip. The Holy Cross Property is over 3,784 ha is located in central British Columbia, 30 km south of the community of Fraser Lake, and north of the Blackwater gold deposit, being developed into a mine by Artemis Gold.
