The Fund seeks to provide large-cap coverage of the digital asset market, minimize transaction costs through the Fund’s portfolio, and create a portfolio that could be replicated through direct purchases in the Digital Asset Market. Grayscale Investments, LLC acts as the Manager of the Fund and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, Inc.
