The company uses a dynamic call option overwrite strategy within a range of 35% to 75%, with a long-run target of approximately 55% overwrite of the value of the Fund's equity portfolio, in seeking to enhance the portfolio's risk-adjusted returns. The Fund investments in various sectors, including Aerospace and Defense; Information Technology (IT) Services, and Pharmaceuticals. The Fund's investment advisor is Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC.
