All companies listed will be relatively close to horizontal support (possible demand zone) and should be fundamentally sound as well. Please note these companies are not actively breaking out but rather have the potential for a next move up.

Purely arbitrary. Looking to reduce number of stocks.
Piotroski F-Score: piotroski > 4
Purely arbitrary. Looking to reduce number of stocks.
Chartmill Health Rating: Rating >= 4
Purely arbitrary. Looking to reduce number of stocks.
Average Volume: 50 SMA > 200K
Liquid enough for many retail traders to enter relatively easy.
Chartmill Setup Quality: SetupQ >= 7
Purely arbitrary. Looking to reduce number of stocks.
Quick Ratio: QR > 1
Acid test shows ability to handle current liabilities.
Chartmill Profitability Rating: Rating >= 4
Purely arbitrary. Looking to reduce number of stocks.
Chartmill FA Rating: Rating >= 4

Horizontal S/R: close max 5% above HSR1
Ideally close to horizontal support indicating potential demand zone.
