Its subsidiaries include Comshipco Schiffahrtsagentur GmBH, Grindrod Shipping Pte. Ltd., Grindrod Shipping Services UK Limited, Grindrod Shipping (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd, IM Shipping Pte.
