QUEBEC CITY, April 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX: PDI) (“PDI”) and Robex Resources Inc. (ASX: RXR, TSX-V: RBX) (“Robex”) are pleased to announce that all conditions precedent to the proposed merger (the “Transaction”) have been satisfied or waived (as applicable). The Transaction is now unconditional and proceeding to completion and implementation (“Implementation”), with the effective date expected to occur on or around 15 April 2026 (“Effective Date”).
