(SIGA) (Nasdaq: SIGA), a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company, today announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.60 per share on the company’s common stock. The amount of this dividend is consistent with the level of the special dividend declared in April 2025. The dividend is payable on April 23, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 7, 2026.
