CONROE, Texas, Feb. 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: STXB) (the "Company"), the bank holding company for Spirit of Texas Bank, today announced that on February 24, 2022, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.12 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 25, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2022.
