(“Presidio” or the “Company”), an internally managed, diversified real estate investment trust, announced today that it has commenced a tender offer (the "Offer") to purchase all odd lots plus up to 2,000,000 shares of its outstanding Series A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Shares”), at a price of $0.68 per share (the "Purchase Price"), less any applicable withholding taxes, and without interest. The Offer will expire at 11:59 P.M., New York City time, on May 5, 2025, unless extended or earlier terminated.
