National Fuel to Acquire CenterPoint’s Ohio Natural Gas Utility Business

(“CERC”), a subsidiary of CenterPoint Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CNP) (“CenterPoint”) to acquire CenterPoint’s Ohio natural gas utility business (“CNP Ohio”).
