SPOKANE, Wash., Aug. 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Avista (NYSE: AVA) has made annual rate adjustment filings with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (Commission) that if approved, will result in an overall decrease in natural gas rates of 8.6%, and in an overall increase in electric rates of 1.7%.
